Partnership Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

OVERVIEW
Nexdel is a strategic intelligence and content platform built for decision-makers, policy thinkers, business leaders, and global professionals. Beyond our editorial platform, we work directly with organisations to develop research reports, white papers, and structured analytical content, and we help organisations communicate their impact clearly and credibly to the audiences that matter to them.
We value partnerships that extend this mission — creating opportunities that are strategically aligned, editorially sound, and mutually beneficial. This policy sets out the principles, processes, and standards that govern how Nexdel engages with partners.
- TYPES OF PARTNERSHIPS
Nexdel works with a range of partners across several areas.
Media and Content Partners are organisations we collaborate with on reporting, analysis, podcasts, video content, and research projects that serve our shared audiences.
Corporate Partners and Sponsors are businesses and institutions that support Nexdel initiatives, programmes, or content verticals in ways that are consistent with our editorial values and audience expectations.
Impact and Communications Partners are organisations — including nonprofits, foundations, development bodies, and private sector actors — that engage Nexdel to help them document, structure, and communicate their work. This includes research reports, impact narratives, annual reviews, policy briefs, and public-facing content that puts their work in front of the right audiences with clarity and credibility.
Technology and Platform Providers are partners that support Nexdel’s distribution, analytics, operations, or content infrastructure.
- PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES
All Nexdel partnerships are governed by four principles.
Alignment means that every partner must share values consistent with Nexdel’s mission of clarity, consequence-oriented analysis, and responsible communication. We do not work with organisations whose activities conflict with our editorial standards or public trust.
Transparency means that the terms of all partnerships, sponsorships, and commissioned content engagements are clearly documented. Where relevant, the nature of a partnership or commercial relationship is disclosed to the public.
Editorial Independence means that no partnership, sponsorship, or commissioned engagement grants any external party influence over Nexdel’s independent editorial content. Commissioned work produced for or with partners is clearly distinguished from Nexdel’s editorial output.
Mutual Value means that every partnership should create genuine value for all parties involved, with audience trust and the integrity of Nexdel’s platform treated as non-negotiable in every arrangement.
- PARTNERSHIP ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
All partnership engagements follow a structured process. We begin with an evaluation of alignment — assessing whether the proposed partnership is consistent with Nexdel’s mission, audience, and ethical standards. Where alignment is confirmed, we move to agreement, documenting the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and commercial terms in a written contract. Implementation follows, with both parties collaborating transparently to meet the defined objectives. All engagements are subject to periodic review to ensure continued alignment, quality, and effectiveness.
- COMMISSIONED CONTENT AND DISCLOSURE
Nexdel produces commissioned reports, impact documents, and communications content for organisations on a professional basis. This work is produced to the highest standards of clarity, structure, and analytical rigour — and is always clearly identified as commissioned or partner content. It is kept entirely separate from Nexdel’s independent editorial output.
Financial or in-kind support from any partner does not grant editorial influence over Nexdel’s platform or publications. Nexdel reserves the right to decline any partnership or commission that compromises the integrity of its platform or the trust of its audience.
- TERMINATION OF PARTNERSHIP
Nexdel may terminate a partnership where a partner’s conduct conflicts with our ethical standards or mission, where agreed objectives are not being met, or where legal, regulatory, or reputational risks arise that are incompatible with Nexdel’s values and responsibilities.
- PARTNERSHIP ENQUIRIES
Organisations interested in working with Nexdel — whether as a media partner, sponsor, or to commission research, impact reports, or communications content — are welcome to get in touch.
